Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 HOURS in advance of your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This gives me the opportunity to fill the spot for another client. When cancelling or rescheduling PLEASE reach out to me directly via (407)-274-6869.
NO SHOWS will be subject to majority or up to the total of the service cost of your appointment and or a rebooking fee.
I understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies—such as illness, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances—please notify me as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at my discretion for genuine emergencies.
